Join us on Saturday 17 May 2008 on one of the following Cycle Runs

CALLANDER TO BALQUHIDDER (Route 1)
This is a family route suitable for children (min age 7yrs) and takes around 4-5 hours or 2-3 hours if you turn back at Strathyre.Approx 28-miles.

CALLANDER TO KILLIN (Route 2)
This 50-mile route is for the more experienced cyclist; with significant hills to add to the challenge.

How to Enter

Its easy! You can register your name and obtain you sponsor form and information from Andrew Murray. Phone 01698 886945 or email Murrayville@lineone.net .

Fill in the sponsor form and come along to Callander on the day with a bike.

There is no entry fee or minimum sponsorship money. You could even sponsor yourself. 

What do I need?

The easy part is cycling, the hard part is finding the sponsors.

CYCLE HIRE For those unable to transport bikes up to Callander, Bicycle hire is available in the centre of Callander at:

Basic Cost of hire for the day (i.e. for 8 hours) for adults is £12, for children £8. (If you think you can complete the run in 4 hours, the rates for 4 hour hire are Adults £8, Children £6) A selection of mountain bikes for ladies, gents and children is available, so no excuses! No deposit is needed, but some form of positive identification is required. It is not necessary to book in advance, but it might be a wise precaution, just in case.

Mr H Gee sells health food, including energy snacks, bars and drinks. His shop is on the main street opposite the Golf shop and Main paper shop.
